Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product(s) must be made within 72 hours of receiving the product to email@example.com. You will need to provide detailed information for any product damaged and photo proof during shipping within that timeframe.
If you are not satisfied with our products, you may request a refund of the full purchase price minus shipping costs within 15 days of the product received date. If you are not satisfied with any of these products, simply return the unused portion of the product. If we receive a returned product within 15 days, we will issue a full refund.
