I wanted to walk you through how I incorporate
CBD products and meditation into my life to help me sleep. So my difficulty sleeping isn't chronic, they're more situational. In circumstances like this for instance like a pandemic where there's a lot of stressors and so oftentimes I have difficulty falling asleep, and so to help me out I use this handy dandy product right here, it's the Doc Patel's 1000 milligram CBD tincture, and so I take 0.5 MLS which is the equivalent of 17 milligrams of CBD and I usually just swallow it. And this is about one to two hours before bedtime. And once I feel it kick in, and I know it's kicking in because I will feel noticeably more calm and more relaxed, and a little bit drowsy. I will then pop on to my phone, on to the headspace app. And the meditation that I like doing is everybody headspace. It's usually a guided meditation by one of my favorites Andy Puddicombe, he has a very soothing voice, and it's about 10 minutes long. What I like about it is that there's a little teaching at the beginning and helps me to put life into perspective. And then there are breathing exercises as well which helps to calm and relax me even more. And then I head on into bed and I fall asleep within minutes, so hopefully you can follow a similar regimen. I wouldn't recommend taking the same dose that I am, dosing is very specific from individual to individual and the dose that I mentioned is what works for me. But once you figure out your own dose and it starts to kick in, you start to feel more calm and more relaxed. I would definitely suggest following it up with meditation.
