Answer: Okay so there's actually not a lot of data to answer your question based on data but here's what I'll tell you from a clinical standpoint.

Should I Take CBD On A Full Or Empty Stomach?

CBD like I mentioned is fat-soluble. So I have had patients take CBD products on empty stomachs and mainly what's in an empty stomach is water. I've had patients take CBD products on a full stomach especially after having a meal heavy in fats and the patients who take the CBD products on an empty stomach typically report that they feel no effect or little to no effect.

Whereas the patients who take the CBD product on a full stomach especially when it's a meal that's heavy in fats report that they are experiencing beneficial side effects from the CBD products. Just the other day I was actually having a conversation with somebody who was saying that. However, that person was taking a good amount of CBD capsules and he was taking it on an empty stomach had little to no effect but then as soon as I said “hey have you tried taking these capsules on a full stomach especially after having a meal that's heavy in fats” and you know the next day he reported yeah I felt for you know in this particular case he was taking it for anxiety and he reported that yeah I felt more calm and relaxed after taking it on a full stomach so hopefully that helps to answer your question.
